Grapes destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, plus 3 months in bottle.Intense ruby color. Aromas of plums and blueberries, very smooth on the palate with notes of jam and ripe red fruit. Very balanced with a long, deep finish.Goes well on its own, but pairs wonderfully with all types of meats and cheeses. Perfect with many cod dishes.
